From the mortgage quote process till Closing, Donald and his entire team (Nick, Fran) were very responsive and attentive to our requirements. I got a very fast quote which was the best from several lenders, and was able to lock it immediately. The Application and documentation process was very smooth and easy. Minor hiccups were resolved quickly. When the Sellers gave us a very aggressive timeframe to Close, Team Don was able to turn things around very quickly and we closed on our desired Date.

Donald, Fran and Nick were a great team! They were always very responsive and got us through a very difficult and unusual closing process- even if it meant they had to work around the clock. We are very appreciative of the time and dedication that the NJ Lenders team took to make it a smooth process for us. In addition, our closing date got extremely delayed and they were very accommodating when it came to our rate. They surely blow any big bank out of the water when it comes to service!

Don was very responsive and available. Due to new Covid requirements, it would be helpful to have a checklist of these additional requirements in advance e.g. a paystub within 5 days of closing so we could have been prepared in advance.
